Zombie Barbecue by Dean Farnell

Zombie Barbecue

by Dean Farnell

Lots of strange things happened,

At the zombie barbecue,

There’s steaks of human flesh,

Pinched from a grave or two.

The drinks were made from stagnant blood,

All blended with a mixer,

The stench of rotting bodies,

Add flavor to the mixture.

The zombies start to dance and sing,

The DJ was dead good,

He stuck on Jackson’s thriller,

Like a living person would.

The party then turns nasty,

When a zombie rival lingers,

It turned into a bloodbath,

When he munched somebody’s fingers.

The guts and bones start flying,

It’s survival of the dead,

The winners prize awaits them,

Dead flesh and moldy bread.

The barbecue has ended,

In death and mass destruction,

For me, I won’t be going,

To another zombie function.
