Saints of Ruin release Glampyre live in San Francisco

Saints of Ruin will hit the stage in San Francisco on June 23rd to release their new cd Glampyre at Cafe Du Nord on 2170 Market Street. The show will be hosted by Swing Goth presents. The doors will open at 7pm followed by a swing goth dance lesson with the show starting at 8pm. Tickets are only $10 and will include opening acts Tokyo Raid and Foreign Cinema.

Formed in 2007 in San Francisco, Saints of Ruin combine goth rock with metal guitars, melodic vocals and electronic undercurrents. They were ranked #1 unsigned goth band on Myspace top artists in 2009. The band is made up of Ruby Ruin on vocals, Tommy Dark on guitars, Kat Downs on Keyboards and Michael Broadus on drums.

Glampyre is Saints of Ruin’s 3rd cd and you can hear the title track on episode 59 of horror addicts. . Their first cd was Fairytale released in 2008 which was followed up by Nightmare in 2010 which includes the horror addicts theme: Halloween Song. The show on June 23rd will be Saints of Ruin only performance in San Francisco. Copies of Glampyre will be on sale at the show along with Glampyre custom nail polish and other souviners. So dress in your best vampire gear and spend the evening with the horror addicts house band.
