The dreaded “Spring Forward” is coming for many of us. If you live in an area that does not observe Daylight Savings Time, you are lucky and you can sit back and laugh at all of us bunnies springing forward and back like the crazy March Hare. For those of us who are going to be losing that hour, maybe you can make it funner by dressing up for the occasion.
For the 2009 Edwardian Ball, I tried my hand at a very tame clock face knowing the crush, dancing, and heat level in the event wouldn’t stand for a full face of makeup to hold up. I stuck clock stickers around my eyes and painted my lids with a gold shadow. It held! If you’d like to try something even more outrageous, check out these YouTube tutorials and be sure and take pics to show us!

Horror on a Budget is a youtube user that shows you how to do horror makeup on the cheap. She did a Seven Deadly Sins series, but hasn’t finished it. She did two of them (watch below) and I hope she does more!

“Emz has her own unique style. I’ve known some very fashion conscious people, but they’re usually dressing to impress others. Emz dresses to express herself. I especially noticed the creativity of her eye make-up. The two siides were deliberately coordinated but not identical. They were unique– like Emz.” ~Heather Roulo
